Info: All that can be said about Jesse is: good work, on time, down to earth, fair price. An all around great
guy to work with. Highly recommended. Has experienced people working for him. He did my driveway,
dug basement, and filled in the basement, as well as some re-landscaping.

Info: Con-Form did poured basement footings and walls for my 1456 sq. ft. ranch home. He used aluminum forms, and
did a very nice job of getting all the measurments right, per the drawing. He ended up having to use a pump to
pour the walls, which was an extra charge, but I was aware of the extra charge up front. Took him about 1.5 weeks from
start to finish. Overall, very nice job for a reasonable price.

Info: framed my 1456 sq. ft. ranch using lumber I purchased from Iverson's Lumber in Milford,
MI. John and his crew were very efficient and quick. They actually did not need any extra material, and used most
of the material that was provided. They did a very solid job of framing the house, even the building inspector was impressed.
It took them 4 days from start to finish. Overall, very good job, excellent price.
